LMFAO and Nicki Minaj Added to Dick Clark’s ‘New Year’s Rockin’ Eve’ Line-up

You may not know where you want to celebrate New Year’s Eve yet, but whether you get stuck indoors, plan to stay home, or just like to party with the tv on in the background, you probably turn the channel to Dick Clark’s ‘New Year’s Rockin’ Eve’, which recently added Nicki Minaj and LMFAO to the line-up of questionably-talented-but-definitely-popular-artists, including Justin Bieber, Taio Cruz, and Hot Chelle Rae.
Okay, so not all of the names in the line-up have questionable talent–Lady Gaga and Pitbull will be performing at the Times Square portion. And MTV Reports that a slew of pretty good names will be in Los Angeles portion, too:
The Los Angeles portion of the show has added Taio Cruz, Minaj, Florence, Gym Class Heroes, Blink-182, OneRepublic, the Band Perry, will.i.am. and Christina Perri.
Surely there’ll be a decent performance in there somewhere. Plus, Fergie is hosting for the section in L.A. while Will.i.am performs in Times Square, so you won’t have to worry about Black Eyed Peas performances this year. At least. 2012 marks the 40th Anniversary of the show, which will air on December 31st.
