Finally our long nightmare is over—after freaking out an entire nation by lip-synching the National Anthem at President Obama’s inaugural ceremony, Beyonce hit the stage at Sunday night’s Super Bowl halftime show with a live performance of her biggest hits.  We can now rest easy, America.  We can now rest easy.

Solo hits like “Crazy in Love,” “Love on Top,” “End of Time,” Halo,” and “Baby Boy” were performed; even further, the show featured a Destiny’s Child reunion when Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams joined Beyonce to perform “Bootylicious,” “Independent Woman: Part 1” and “Single Ladies.”

Performing with more energy and confidence than the past four or five halftime acts combined, it was a sight to see.  So can everyone please drop the lip-synching issue now?
