Black Sabbath are getting ready to release 13, the band’s first album with Ozzy Osbourne back at the helm. The English rock band confirmed that the new album will arrive on June 11. They also revealed more details of 13‘s various release configurations, and a three-minute in-studio video.

The video offers a sneak-peek at the coming record, and shows veteran producer Rick Rubin analyzing each track. He says:

“My goal is to make something really great, that I could listen to forever. That’s the whole part of it… the idea that we’re making an album that hopefully can sit alongside the best Black Sabbath albums is exciting. We’ve worn out the old ones!”

Osbourne, Geezer Butler, Tony Iommi and Rage Against The Machine drummer Brad Wilk are all also seen working hard on the record. The video was directed by Osbourne’s son Jack. Take a look.

There will also be a limited-edition Super Deluxe Box Set, featuring the album on both CD and 12″ vinyl, bonus recordings, a documentary on DVD, and various art prints and photoggraphs.
