Everyone loves sequels, especially Hollywood. But movie studios aren’t the only ones who exploit the success of films and celebrities, nosiree! Justin Timberlake, the singer turned actor who recently made a triumphant return to music, is giving his latest album a sequel.  The 20/20 Experience just hit stores and digital shelves today, but he has confirmed a followup.

According to Rolling Stone, the singer spilled the news last night during a release party for the first installation at El Rey Theater in Los Angeles.

“I need to clear up a rumor. Those rumors are true… The whole thing about this being the first half of the album is true.”

Roots drummer Questlove promoted the rumor before Timberlake confirmed it. He mentioned on the Okayplayer Chat board that the singer/actor would have another album out this year.

“Spoiler alert. 20/20 Vol 2 comes out in Nov. (10 songs now… 10 songs later=20 vision).”

Timberlake recently hosted Saturday Night Live for the fifth time. He also went on a Late Night streak, sampling new tracks and performing old hits. The 20/20 Experience is his third solo album, and word is that it’s going to make a ton of money. The album is out now.

What do you think? Are you looking forward to the 20/20 sequel?
