Miley Cyrus continues to surprise us with yet another racy music video. Titled “23“, the song actually comes from record producer Mike Will Made It, but predominantly features pop’s wildest child, who is also joined by rappers Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa. Check it out below.
Contrary to what one may initially assume, “23″ is not about being 23-years-old, but rather a tribute to basketball legend Michael Jordan. Set in a high school, the artists take over a pep rally and show off their cool J’s and jerseys. Cyrus begins by rapping (yes, you heard right) while smoking in the girls restroom, sporting an itty-bitty Bulls-themed bikini. Soon Wiz Khalifa appears rapping over a chemistry set. Eventually, all of the artists gather in the school’s gym where they dance among cheerleaders and other cool kids. The video ends with the foursome hanging out on the bleachers, where Miley undoubtedly sticks out her tongue.
“23″ debuted at No. 70 on last week’s Hot 100 chart, and comes from Mike Will’s forthcoming album Est. in 1989 Pt. 3. Cyrus’ Bangerz will be released on October 4, 2013. Her single “Wrecking Ball” became her first-ever Hot 100 chart-topper when hit No. 1. Here’s the video:
