Grimes just stepped up her game by signing to one of the most influential music companies currently in operation, Jay-Z‘s Roc Nation label.

Today, the company tweeted, “Excited to welcome Grimes to the Roc Nation family!” Meanwhile, Grimes posted a note on her Tumblr that said “I’ve joined the x men.” She also included an image of herself throwing the company’s Roc Diamond symbol with her hands. The specifics of Grimes’ deal, however, are still under wraps. According to Exclaim, this deal is actually a management contract and not a full-fledged label deal. The site notes that they’re not sure “what labels will handle Grimes’ next album, but she’s still listed as a roster member on the Arbutus and 4AD websites.”

Grimes will now be a part of a company that supports artists like Rihanna, Timbaland, MIA, HAIM, Santigold, Shakira, Kylie Minogue, and Wale, though artists like Burial, Portishead and Animal Collective, who are also represented by Roc Nation, are more similar to her eclectic sound of music.

Grimes is currently working on her fourth album.
