Beck has announced a small set of North America live dates, the first of which will be land at the beginning of April in Santa Barbara, California. Check out the dates below.

The singer-songwriter will also be playing in Arizona, Texas, Ohio and Canada, among other locales. On July 1 Beck plays Summerstage in New York City. He’s also set to appear at Coachella in Indio a couple days after his Santa Barbara show. Pre-sale tickets begin on Wednesday and will entail using a password, according to his website.

Coachella isn’t the only festival Beck is playing this summer. He’s also performing at Firefly in June, and Pitchfork and Forecastle in July.

Beck recently charted his 10th album on the Billboard 200. His song “Morning Phase” debuted with a little over 87,000, according to Nielsen SoundScan. He’s only charted higher once before, when 2005′s “Guero” debuted and peaked at No. 2.

Beck told Billboard recently that his work ethic has changed since he first began. He said, “There’s always this unreachable that you’re trying to get to. And you get pissed you can’t get there, but that’s the beauty of it. I put all my time into this, and I still feel like I’m still figuring it out. There’s still more to do. When I’m playing live is when I really feel it – like there are songs missing. Like, ‘This is such an incomplete picture.’” Here are the tour dates:

4/23 – Tucson, Ariz. (Rialto Theater)
4/24 – El Paso, Texas (Abraham Chavez Theatre)
