Lily Allen may not be a 17-year-old pop icon, or one-half of Hip Hop’s most powerful couple, but she’s definitely the wittiest pop star in the game, in our humble opinion. And she shows off her clever talents in “Sheezus,” the title track of her upcoming LP. Check out the colorful music video below.

The video, a psychedelic hue of neons and pastels, shows Allen dancing around in a gold chain and hoops. At one point she’s even got a gold tooth. But the look of the video is secondary to what Allen is singing about. In “Sheezus” the English singer calls out other pop divas like Rihanna, Katy Perry, Lorde, Beyonce and Lady Gaga. But she’s not trying to start a feud.

Allen praises Lorde for being a kid one can’t mess around with because “she’s only on her debut,” and calls Gaga a martyr because she’s “dying for the art.” Later in the song, Allen sings “I want all of them to be Sheezus, and I want to be Sheezus too.” Here’s the video:

Allen recently told Rolling Stone that she didn’t like being compared to other people. She said, “I am quite aware that there are people who are far more talented and have better singing voices than me. I don’t like being put in the same category as people because we have the same genitals and boobs. Nobody is going to write ‘Lily Allen vs. Ed Sheeran.’ It just doesn’t happen.”

“Sheezus” isn’t a diss-track, but rather a song that attempts to empower women and wants them to unite. (After all, every single pop star has one thing in common – periods.)

Sheezus is due out May 5, 2014.
