Bruce Springsteen may never release another Born to Run (or another Darkness on the Edge of Town, for that matter) but you gotta give him some credit for being an artist who hasn’t completely resigned himself to constant self-imitation. While recent releases like Magic and Working on a Dream haven’t exactly explored new territory, projects like We Shall Overcome: The Seeger Sessions indicate that Springsteen is an artist who is still searching for new ways to express himself and explore his musical roots.

So, we’re pleased to report that he may have yet another solo album on the way, according to Spinner.

bruce springsteen Watch: Bruce Springsteen Sings Whip My Hair With Jimmy Fallon

Jimmy Fallon‘s covers of pop songs and internet sensations which are channeled through Neil Young are not a new thing. We’ve seen Fallon’s Young persona sing hits such as the theme song to The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, General Larry Platt’s “Pants On the Ground,” in addition to a melodic rendition of the Double Rainbow guy on YouTube.

This time around, Fallon/Young tackles a 10-year-old’s hit song, “Whip My Hair.” Are we talking about the one and only Willow Smith? Of course, we are. We especially want to point you in the direction of Fallon’s cover because of his special guest. Check it out after the jump!

Despite that fact that his first three albums (Greetings from Asbury Park, N.J., The Wild, the Innocent & the E Street Shuffle, and Born to freaking Run) form part of the integral canon of 1970’s rock ‘n’ roll,  Bruce Springsteen announced on Tuesday night that he considers those landmark albums were nothing but prequels to his career as a rock musician and artist, and that 1978’s Darkness on the Edge of Town was the true dawn of his career, according to the Boston Herald.

It’s a conversation between London and New Jersey. Bruce Springsteen Fans Will Get Ticketmaster Refund Bruce Springsteen Fans Will Get Ticketmaster Refund

The Boss is sounding pretty nice these days. We’re talking about Bruce Springsteen, of course. If you have an overbearing supervisor who sneaks up on you in your cubicle, Office Space style, we’re sorry about that. Unless you’re a Springsteen fan, that working environment for you may still sting. It’s just that it turns out not all Ticketmaster/Live Nation purchasers will have to suffer the high prices due to the massive business merge.

Bruce Springsteen Wants His Name Off Lawsuit Against NYC Bar Bruce Springsteen Wants His Name Off Lawsuit Against NYC Bar

Everybody is itching to get richer these days and they’ll do anything to get the money. From spilling hot coffee on themselves at McDonald’s to suing an iconic pop star after his death for dancing to your song, the exponential growth in law suits have become ridiculous and laughable – laughable because most of them are ridiculous!

Bruce Springsteen is not one of these people. Sure, he may be the Boss, so he may not need money as much as others do. However, he also knows when law suits are not necessary – especially if the lawsuit concerning him was not even brought to his attention.
