This just in… the Kanye West/ Lady Gaga “Fame Kills” tour has officially been scraped. Rumor is that it was Gaga who scrapped the tour, not her rehab-hinting, award show stopping, fake outrage attracting tour mate Mr. West. Maybe she couldn’t find anything to wear. You can refunds at point of purchase.

On hiatus and out of the spotlight for almost seven years, The Cranberries have announced that they will reform to embark on a US tour later this year.
“I’ve decided to reunite with my former band members in The Cranberries and we will be writing new songs and performing tracks off my new album as well as our greatest hits during the shows,” said singer Dolores O’Riordan.
The tour will feature the band’s original lineup of O’Riordan, Noel Hogan, Mike Hogan and Fergal Lawler. The Cranberries will hit the road in November for a tour of North America and then play dates in Europe in early 2010.

I caught Stacy* Clark’s set at The Knitting Factory last week and was so blown away by her performance that I demanded an interview. Clark, a guitar playing singer songwriter, and her band performed a powerful set of guitar-heavy songs and heartfelt melodies from her album, Apples & Oranges. Clark is the Winner of the 2007 Orange County Music Awards for ‘Best Female Performer’ and ‘Best Female Artist’ 2006 Southern California Music Awards. Her music has appeared on the MTV and CBS television networks, and she has appeared on stage with Jacks Mannequin, and the Amsterdams. Thankfully, she took time out to answer a few questions.
