 Poll: Which Best Selling Album Of MJs Is Your Favorite?

BeatCrave continues to mourn the death of a pop icon because we know no matter how many times we pay tribute, it’ll never be enough thanks to the late Michael Jackson who changed the world of music. So, we must ask you: Which best-selling album of Michael Jackson’s is your favorite? Yes; it’s a tough question because his artistry has spanned over numerous decades and so many songs soundtrack moments in our lives.

However, we are focusing on three particular albums: 1) Off the Wall: The first album in which Jackson teamed up with producer Quincy Jones resulting in singles such as “Don’t Stop Till You Get Enough,” “Rock With You,” and “She’s Out of My Life.” 2) Thriller: The best-selling album in HISTORY whipping out hits such as “Billie Jean,” “Beat It,” “Human Nature,” and “Thriller.” 3) Bad: The follow-up album which still proved he was inventive as ever with hits such as “Bad,” “The Way You Make Me Feel,” “Man in the Mirror,” and “Dirty Diana.”

A legend has died; Michael Jackson.

After a long run in the world of stardom and fame, Jackson was pronounced dead today in Los Angeles. He was only 50 years old. The troubled, reclusive star was rushed to UCLA Medical Center by paramedics responding to a call from his home at about 12:30 p.m. Jackson had been scheduled next month to begin the first of 50 sold-out shows at London’s O2 Arena, a testament to his long-lasting popularity with fans everywhere.

Years before all of the tabloid exposés, bizarre behavior, health issues and child abuse sex-scandals stained his image, Jackson celebrated the many triumphs during his rise to superstardom in the 1980s.

Problem for Thriller Musical

michaeljackson Problem for Thriller MusicalWe reported on Michael Jackson’s plan to make a musical out of his iconic “Thriller” on Monday. The musical may not come off as planned, however, because Jackson has been sued by John Landis, the director of the music video for “Thriller,” over unpaid royalties. Under the agreement signed before the video was created, Landis is due to be paid 50% of the net profits from the video. He is believed to be suing for around $1 million.

“Thriller” to Be Made into Musical

Michael Jackson’s latest attempt to scrounge some money together to cover his extravagant lifestyle and legal fees will be a musical version of his greatest hit, “Thriller.” A statement released today by the Nederlander Organization, one of the largest producers of musicals in the United States, and thus, the world, stated that Jackson would take part in the entire creative process. The musical will feature songs from “Thriller” and Jackson’s 1979 album, “Off the Wall.”
