Check Out The Away We Go Soundtrack

Sure, the new Sam Mendes road comedy, Away We Go, looks like a good time, but one lap around the movie soundtrack and Away We Go also sounds like a really good time.
The musical accompaniment for actors Maya Rudolph (SNL) and John Krasinski (The Office) on their Two for the Road-esque journey across contemporary America is provided by the wonderful George Harrison, The Stranglers, Bob Dylan and The Velvet Undeground, with the core of the soundtrack centered around Scottish singer-songwriter Alexi Murdoch’s nine, soulful and warm tracks.
Call it travelin’ music for the contemplative kind.
