Charlie Sheen stepped out yesterday to pay tribute to his dear old friend, “the one, the only” Slash. The rock god got honored with a star on Hollywood’s Walk Of Fame, and Sheen, along with producer Robert Evans and radio host Jim Ladd got to speak on Slash’s behalf. Sheen, being the big old joker he is, took some time during his speech to crack some jokes about Axl Rose, rehab and coke. Watch the video below.

For Miley Cyrus fans, it is common knowledge that the young pop star gave up tweeting about two years ago–oddly, that’s around the time that most of us even discovered what “tweeting” is. Either way, as she continues to work on her post-”Hannah Montana” image, according to Yahoo!, Cyrus has returned to Twitter because she claims she wants to follow Charlie Sheen’s account.

If anyone ever makes a biopic of Charlie Sheen…well, they’ll have their work cut out for them, since it will be tough to tell that life story without making it seem like the most ridiculous tale ever told. Still, if someone were to make the movie, we could see the music of Amy Winehouse making its way into the soundtrack. If anyone ever tries to make Sheen go to rehab, we know exactly what he’ll say…
So it makes sense that, according to GigWise, Sheen has expressed his personal admiration for Winehouse.
