It’s the season of music festivals! Either you love them or hate them. It also seems to the season of “F” festivals. Fun Fun Fun Fest announces its lineup AND tickets have already gone on sale today including the Early Bird offers!
Austin’s annual festival in Waterloo Park will be continuing for its fourth year and the lineup looks incredible. Although Fun Fun Fun Fest is known for its diverse celebration of artists ranging from indie rock to punk/hardcore to hip-hop to DJs, this year’s lineup includes just about everyone who has had a popularity rise within the last year.
The festival takes place November 7th – 8th and headliners include Ratatat, of Montreal, Crystal Castles, Jesus Lizard, and more!

What is it with summer and musicians frequently getting injured? Not only do mainstream acts get injuries but of course, indie artists do too – and they’re just as bad.
Street Boners and TV Carnage reported that Crystal Castles’ Alice Glass received a concussion at LA’s Hard Fest 2009. Although the police had canceled the event for a “hazard” status, it was actually one of the rave’s riot cops that gave Alice a kick in the head which is currently keeping her in the hospital.

Consider this a friendly reminder; in just a mere 3 days, the electrified lads in London’s Pendulum will hit US soil. What does this mean for us average Joe’s and Jane’s? Well, you need to find your dance shoes and practice throwing your fists in the air as soon as possible. With a mix of arrangements that would be familiar to fans of The Faint, Crystal Castles and VNV Nation, Pendulum plan to bring an arsenal of instruments, lights, and stage presence mid-sized venues across the US. BeatCrave will be attending their show at Club Nokia on March 14th, and recommends you clear your schedule to do whatever it takes to attend the show with us.

For some, Halloween is a time for families and friends to carve pumpkins, be merry, and trick or treat. For everyone else, Halloween is a bigger deal. The parties are outrageous, the people are rambunctious, and good times are looking to be had.
HARD Haunted Mansion was no different.
EVERYONE was looking to have a good time. The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles was the hot spot, where the event was held. There was traffic all over – on the streets, and in line.
