David Byrne is suing Florida governor Charlie Christ for using a Talking Heads song in a campaign ad without permission, Billboard reports. Evil politicians!
The Talking Heads song in question is the always enjoyable, 1985 single “Road to Nowhere;” the tune was allegedly part of Crist’s senatorial campaign, used on a website and in YouTube ads.

Former Talking Heads leader David Byrne called U2‘s World Tour “overkill,” in his online journal this morning.
