Eminem is partnering with Lipton Brisk Iced Tea for a TV spot that debuts Sunday during the first quarter of Super Bowl XLV between the Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Reportedly paid a cool $1 million for appearing as a claymation character, Eminem (aka Marshall Mathers) was provided a heavy dose of creative freedom to help develop the idea and the script for the commercial.

Even when it seems as though half of the music you hear these days has been processed and auto-tuned to death, the fact is that there are still plenty of artists out there with raw talent, and the best way to recognize this is to catch their live shows. 2010 was a great year for concert-goers of all tastes. Whether you like country-pop, rap, indie rock, and whether you prefer festivals, concert series or solo tours, there was something for everyone this year.
Here’s a few of our favorites…

Odds are, you’ve heard Eminem’s hit song “Love the Way You Lie” featuring guest vocals by Rihanna. Released as single from the album Recovery, the tune landed on the top spot of 23 different charts and managed to hold that position for weeks in most cases.
Well, love him or hate him, Eminem sure knows how to write a hit, and he’s a pretty smart businessman. When you’ve got something the public craves, what do you do? Unleas a sequel, of course.

Love him or hate him, you can’t deny Eminem has talent. The rapper appeared on last night’s episode of “60 Minutes” where he was interviewed by journalist Anderson Cooper. Eminem talked about his life story which most of us have read about a few times, only here he goes into serious detail about the events that made him the man he is today. Another year has gone by and and another batch of unnecessary awards shows have also occurred to capitalize on the teen market who ave no clue the “M” in MTV used to stand for Music Television. Honing in on reality shows such as the filthy Jersey Shore and getting the best B-list celebrity talk show host to talk smack about A-list celebrities (via Chelsea Handler) basically sums up our vapid generation’s interest last night.
But hey, we know some of you were tuned in for the music. That is, whatever is left to be considered music. We’ve got every single VMA performance for you after the jump – but first – let’s take a moment of silence to bow our heads in shame in regards to Justin Bieber winning Best New Artist…

With eight nominations in hand, Eminem will open Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.
You could spend a good deal of time arguing whether or not the annual awards show is worth the fuss, but the VMAs continue to roll mightily along, with no problems attracting plenty of heavyweight entertainers.
Eminem might not be at the same heights he soared earlier this decade, but he’s still a big name and currently occupies the top spot on numerous sales charts behind his recent album, Recovery. Now the question is what will he perform when the curtain goes up.

Jay-Z and Eminem have reunited once again. They said they were going to do it in a big way and that’s exactly what they last night. According to Hip-Hop Wired, guests from the first show in Detroit included Memphis Bleek, Young Jeezy, 50 Cent and G-Unit. We’ve got some footage of the grand opening night below courtesy of RapRadar (via Hip-Hop Wired).

Last week, Katy Perry released her latest album Teenage Dream, which debuted at number one of the Billboard 200 chart. She knock summer mainstay Eminem down a peg with the disc that sold 192,000 copies. Granted that’s nothing compared to what Em or several other artists did their first week out the gate but it was good enough to claim the crown — for this week at least.

Wow…wow! Seriously wow. This is what happens when a tornado meets a volcano — you get Megan Fox, an abusive relationship and fire. MTV debuted Eminem‘s “Love The Way You Lie,” last night and yes, it’s one of the best fucking music video, ever.
Rapper Eminem and pop singer Rihanna didn’t only get together to make a beautiful song, they went the extra mile (har, har) and made an amazing music video about an abusive relationship. You don’t need to be a Hollywood-gossip news junkie to know that both of these entertainers have dealt with abusive relationships, so when you see a music video like the one you’re about to see, there’s a very personal feeling involved and you can see that play throughout.
