At first glance, the new album releases this week seemed a bit dreary and dry, but attention to detail is rewarding and some of the most interesting musical discoveries were made while picking out the featured artists for album of the week.  It’s no shocker Good Charlotte has landed among the bottom ranking, while R&B princess Ciara reigns this week’s list.
