Check out the new video for “21 Guns” the second single from Greenday‘s latest album “21st Century Breakdown,” which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 chart, as well as on the Rock, Active Rock, and Alternative charts. The video is you standard hot girl, hot boy, can’t get along and somehow end up making out while the band performs in their room in an alternate universe where feathers fall from the ceiling.

That’s right, Butch Vig is rumored to be producing the new Green Day album. Shirley Manson, who recorded four albums with Butch with her the band Garbage sheds some light on the topic while on “Last Call With Carson Daly” promoting her new role on “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.”
Daly asked Manson about recording another album with Garbage and she answered:
“I don’t know, to be honest. We’re sort of doing our different things,” Manson said. “I’m doing the TV show, Butch is producing Green Day, so he’s busy, so we’ll see.”
