No Doubt have found themselves in a bit of hot water this week—after releasing the music video to their new single, “Looking Hot,” on Friday, November 2, the band and video were hit with a massive wave of condemnation for the usage and portrayal of Native American culture, forcing the band to remove the video.

Gwen Stefani and Co. played their new single "Settle Down" in front of a bunch of screaming fans. Watch their first live performance (in forever) below.

This week, Nicole Scherzinger revealed that she has a new gig in the UK (hint: it will require a lot of tears). Also, it was disclosed that R&B star R. Kelly owed quite a lot of money to the government for taxes. And No Doubt finally announced the name of their upcoming record. Catch up on this week's news below.
Alright, we can stop holding our breath. No Doubt has finally announced an official release date for their new record. All four band members got together to confirm that their first album in a decade will drop on September 25, 2012. See them make the announcement below.
She already rocked the world in No Doubt and baffled the world when she gave us the words "Hollaback Girl," but Gwen Stefani hasn't been content to be another 90s relic trying in vain to hold on to a music career. She's made an impression on the world of fashion as well, all while raising her song Kingston with husband Gavin Rossdale of Bush.

As everyone knows the fashion capital of the United States just had their Fall fashion extravaganza this past week. Celebrities, musicians and fans of style all celebrated with NYC shows which revealed the hottest new clothing, accessories and more but what some people may forget is how much music is connected to the week-long event. To help promote designers and brands, tons of artists also...
Activision's new game, Band Hero, has really riled up a few artists and it is thanks to the new "Character Manipulation Feature." Not too long ago, No Doubt filed a lawsuit against Activision claiming they misused their likeness. Now, Activision has filed a countersuit claiming No Doubt breached their contract as the band failed to promote...
Looks like No Doubt is joining Courtney Love in the pursuit of suing Activision.
Like Love and the remaining Nirvana members, the band originally from San Diego gave Activision permission to use their avatars in the the game, Band Hero (which is a variation of Guitar Hero) but they did also did not sign up for the No Doubt...
Whenever I buy a new CD, I feel so powerful because [it] belongs to me. Trust me when I tell you that even when you buy downloads on Amazon, or iTunes, the feeling is not the same because you don't have the packaging of the music you bought. Although downloading is very convenient, there is no feeling like tearing apart that CD wrapper and looking through the art in the booklet. So dear...
Group members of No Doubt, have come a long way since they formed the band back in 1986 in Anaheim, CA. No Doubt started as a ska-punk band that went through all sorts of ups and downs, from suicide, (original lead vocalist John Spence), to heartbreak (bass guitarist Tony Kanal broke up with lead singer Gwen Stefani) and managed to stay together and stay sane in a music world...
You've heard the line "you can't squeeze blood from a turnip". It's an old phrase that means that you can't get from someone what they aren't willing to give. The phrase has been thrown around a lot recently when talking about the American consumer. Apparently we aren't spending money anymore but instead keeping it between our mattress and planning our move out of the Dust Bowl...
In the process of noticing all the high profile punk / rock reunions, it’s sometimes easy to forget who the true pioneers are. Blink-182 was fun, and No Doubt were killer, but to remain completely relevant you have to stay true to not only yourself, but your aging fan base. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to handle any more songs about heart break from Tom Delong or a reggae-themed tune...
So even with the economy in shambles and Americans cutting back on such non-necessities as vacation's and Jonas Brothers' movie tickets, you'd be surprised to learn that this might be the biggest summer of concert touring we've seen in quiet a while. U2, Coldplay, Green Day, Blink 182, No Doubt, The Killers, and The Who all are launching headlining treks, while package tours like Warped Tour...
Break-ups blow. Even if you've parted on good terms, they still pretty much suck. All the reminiscing you do... alone. Everything you see is a reminder that screams, "EX!" However, one great thing about break-ups is that they make great content for songwriting. Chances are whatever you're feeling, someone has already put it down in a song!
Were you angry? (listen |...
