After teasing fans on their site to “save the date” for a three day festival, tickets for Phish‘s 3-day Halloween bash have officially gone on sale. Taking place on the Coachella grounds in Indio, California, Phish will be performing a total of eight sets throughout the three days and nights from October 30th to November 1st.

After a five-year hiatus, Phish returned to the road Sunday night at sold-out Fenway Park in Boston for the first show of their summer tour.

The four band members (Trey Anastasio, Mike Gordon, Page McConnell, and Jon Fishman) opened the night by singing, a cappella style(!), the national anthem at the pitcher’s mound wearing Red Sox jerseys. From there it was a rockin’, two-set, three hours and 20 minute performance that delighted the 30,000 die-hard Phish fans in attendance — and set the stage for what should be a phenomenal summer tour.

Phish got back together for the first time in almost five years for a three-night celebration this past weekend. The police in Hampton, Virginia, site of the Phish festivities, realized that a Phish outdoor concert was the easiest place ever to make a bunch of arrests and seizures and to make it into national headlines, so they searched everyone who entered the concert grounds and arrested 194 of them, while seizing $1.2 million worth of illegal drugs and $68,000 in cash. What makes things even worse is that Phish had to pay for the presence of the police officers who oversaw the event, thereby attacking their own fans.
