When Chris Brown isn’t busy viciously beating and biting Rihanna for looking at his phone, or destroying a green room after an interviewer had the audacity to ask him about the beating, or getting into a parking garage slapfight with Frank Ocean over a parking space, or allegedly skipping out on his community service for Rihanna’s beating, or comparing himself to Jesus on Twitter, he’s taking Drake to court over a fight they had at a New York City nightclub.

Last week we heard news that some activists in Sweden were plastering pictures with Rihanna‘s beatup face all around Stockholm. Their goal was to prevent Chris Brown from performing in their town. Pandora is under fire. Artists like Rihanna, Billy Joel, Katy Perry and Brian Wilson have come together to pressure the online radio site to pay up. In an open letter, said artists and dozens of others, question Pandora’s attempt to decrease the amount of royalties they pay out artists for their songs.

Rihanna released a new music video for “Diamonds,” a song from her upcoming album Unapologetic, due out November 19. In the video, Rihanna runs violently, smokes seductively and floats on water. This week, Thom Yorke‘s side project Atoms For Peace released a new and complicated single titled “Default.” The band also announced the tentative release date for their debut album. Also, the MTV VMAs took place last night and racy pop star Rihanna came out the big winner. Elsewhere, The Black Keys have announced that they’re back in the studio, prepping for an eight album. The nominees for the 2012 MTV Music Awards are out, and Rihanna and Drake are leading the field with five nominations each. Both are up for the grand award of Video Of The Year, with Rihanna nominated for “We found Love” and Drake for “Take Care” – which actually features Rihanna. Proving once again that he’s simply the classiest guy in show business, Chris Brown took time out of his busy schedule trashing green rooms, taking no personal responsibility for domestic assault, and basically taking a leak on any and all forms of good taste in order to drop a some freestyle rhymes on top of a remix of Kanye West’s “Theraflu”—and apparently publicly insulted Rihanna, the woman he viciously assaulted in 2009.
