The Squirrel Nut Zippers are making their way back onto the music scene with their first album in nine years. It’s entitled Lost at Sea, and is scheduled for release on October 27th. In promotion of their recent reunion the band will go on tour starting next month to get their new music out there.

You read the title right. An official press release has confirmed that the Squirrel Nut Zippers are coming out with a new album. It’s been a long time in the making, as this will be the group’s first album in nine years. Their latest disc is called Lost at Sea, and will also be the band’s first live album.
