We previously reported on Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers going on a huge North American tour in support of their album, Mojo. There have been a few changes though. The album now drops June 15th and they unfortunately have to reschedule several dates on their tour due to the delay of the album. Fans who were excited to see the band live after their eight year break from the stage will have to wait a little longer if their cities are one of the re-routed ones. With the recently released and rather excellent Live Anthology box set in the rear-view mirror, Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers are ready to tackle new endeavors – namely a new album and tour. Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers have just released details of a North American tour, which kicks off May 6 in Raleigh, N.C., and will be in support of the forthcoming album Mojo, the band’s first studio album in eight years.
