Coachella is a time and place for all sorts of desert wackiness to go down—especially with Snoop Dogg in attendance (just check out his smoke-able book that was released at the fest).  That said, one moment during the headlining Dr. Dre and Snoop performance on Sunday night crossed them realm from wacky and dovetailed into just plain strange, if not tacky and/or kind of offensive.

Rihanna decided to pay homage to late rapper Tupac Shakur in the most predictable of ways – by getting a tattoo. However, where she got is what's shocking. Out of all the rappers there has been, very few can be compared to Tupac Shakur. He was the Sinatra of the 90s and the Elvis of rap music itself. Tupac's 1995 classic "Dear Mama" from his album Me Against the World, has been selected to be included and preserved at the Library of Congress' National Recording Registry. Talk about legendary!
