Forever Young: This commercial features a remix of Bob Dylan‘s “Forever Young” with Will.I.Am rapping a couple of verses. It first aired during Pepsi’s superbowl spot and continues to get mixed reactions. The ad focuses on the comparisons between the two artists’ generations by featuring waving lighters to glowing cell phones, Gumby to Shrek, John Belushi to Jack Black, and more. The montage is actually effective, but in the end, can these two artists really be compared like that? We want to know what you think.

will.i.am was supposed to debut his video honoring Barack Obama’s victory in the presidential race on Wednesday on dipdive.com, but the release has been delayed until Friday and taken away from dipdive.  Instead, Oprah will debut the video on her show, despite her past criticism of hip-hop music. Other celebrities are set to appear with will.i.am on the show.  This video, called “It’s a New Day,” follows will.i.am’s previous Obama video, “Yes We Can,” which appeared in February online.
